Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send the gate form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email if you add one, ZIP code, the service you need, your notes about the gate and the best time to call. If you attach a photo of your gate, we collect that too. We don't ask for payment details, and we don't need anything beyond what helps the installer call you back.

If you call instead, the call goes straight to the installer, and anything you say on that call is between you and them.

Who receives it

A single licensed gate contractor receives your form details and any photo, and uses them to call you about the gate. They are sent by email through the service that delivers our form messages, and the site itself runs on a web host that handles the request as it passes through. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept only as long as they're useful for getting you connected, and then deleted. The contractor who receives your details keeps them under their own practices.

Tracking and Do Not Track

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics that follow you across other sites, so a browser Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by calling (661) 593-5736. If you ask us to delete your details, we'll tell the contractor who got them as well.

Children

Palmdale Gates is for grown homeowners and property managers planning gate work. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
